To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our collections and in line with industry standards for hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry (for hygiene and security reasons)
  • Socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

  2. Await Authorization & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship the item back without an RMA number.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

4. Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to the same conditions and process as returns.
